Celebrate Cinco de Mayo ~ Slow Cooker Mexican recipes!
Mexican…..mmmmmm. I am a self professed Mexican junkie and this new Failsafe allergy diet is really making it difficult to indulge in my favourite cuisine. However, I refuse to let a little intolerance issue stop me from dedicating this week to all things Mexican.
Tomorrow is Cinco de Mayo and today was once again super windy and cold so why not brew up a slow cooker pot of Mucho Mexican to use this week in other dishes for ease and ole!
